IS THERE A HOUSEVITAMIN CATALOGUE AVAILABLE?
We work with a digital product overview. This catalogue contains product photo's, itemnumbers, prices, quantities and dimensions.
You can request this by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not work with a yearly collection. Every month new items come in, so it's always partytime! Please note, the rate of circulation is high, so be quick!
CAN I VIEW THE HOUSEVITAMIN PRODUCTS IN REALLIFE?
Yes for sure! You can always contact office to make appointment with you in our showroom. The collection can be seen troughout the year in our Housevitamin office.
WHERE CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?
There are two different ways to place an order.
- Via the webshop, where you create an account and directly can place your order.
- Via the e-mail, where you send us the itemnumbers and how many you would like to receive.
You will need an account to log into our webshop. No account yet? Please click here. After your account has been approved, you will have access to our webshop and you can immediately place an order.
Everything in our B2B webshop is in stock and be processed after payment.
It is also possible to place your order by e-mail. You can request the product list via: email@example.com.
Then send an e-mail with your order including item numbers and the quantities you would like to have.
We will then take care of the rest in the system.
DO YOU ALSO HAVE CONDITIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER?
Yes, we do have some conditions. We apply the following:
- First you pay in advance, for which you receive a proforma invoice.
- We only sell per box, this is the minium quantity per product.
DO YOU ALSO SHIP TO THE WADDEN ISLANDS?
Would you like your order to be delivered to one of the Wadden Islands? Then give a mainland address as your delivery address. We cannot deliver to the Wadden Islands.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
We understand very well how nice it is to have you items for reselling quickly, so we will always do our best to ship your order as fast as possible! All items in our hsop are in stock.
We strive to deliver your ordered items within 4 working days in the Netherlands. For all other countries: we strive to send the items within 4 workings days.
Delivery depens on the workload and carrier, so the delivery time may be after 4 working days.

WHAT IS THE MINIUM ORDER AMOUNT?
Our minium order amount for the Netherlands is €150,- (+ €35,- shippingcosts). From €350,- delivery your order free of charge.
Our minium order amount for countries abroad is €350,-. Free delivery is also possible, it only depends on the country where we have to deliver.
France €1500 ,-

Yes, that is what they are there for! We have product- and moodphotos of all the items.

DOES HOUSEVITAMIN SELL TO CONSUMERS?
Housevitamin is a wholesale company. We only sell Business to Business to (interior)shop but not directly to consumers.
If you want to shop our cool items, check out our stores, offline and online.
IF ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK, WILL THEY BE BACK IN THE COLLECTION LATER?
Sold only once, but in some cases we repeat items and they come back at a later time.
Real favourites or HV design items (which really belong to Housevitamin) such as: the Gun lamp, Octopus en the Strike a Pose Lamp, will always remain in our collection!
We do not work with annual collection, but every month we have new items. So it is always a party! Our turnover rate is high, so be quick if you really want items.
We also say "We don't do collections, we do bestsellers", so it remains surprising and new. For you as our customer, but of course also for the people who come to shop at your store. And that is great!
I HAVE ... RECEIVED THE WRONG ARTICLE / DID NOT RECEIVE ALL ARTICLES I ORDERED / A DAMAGED ARTICLE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please let us know within 5 working days by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, Click here for our terms & conditions. In case of damage, please send a picture of the breakage along with the e-mail and specify which item it is and the number.
In most cases you will receive a credit note. This can be settled with the next order or refunded. Let us know what you like!
WHY DOES HOUSEVITAMIN WORK WITH QUANTITIES PER PRODUCT?
Very good question! In our warehouse we have more than 500 products. These products are packed per box. Some products are packed per 1 piece, others per 2, 6, 12 or even 24 pieces..
We are not equipped to deliver all orders in time if boxes have to be opened and items counted. This is the main reason why we only sell per box.
With this way of working, we can keep our prices low and our speed high!
For retailers who want to buy in smaller quantities, we have a Cash & Carry location in Tica Aalsmeer and Trends & Trade Venlo.
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR CONSUMER PRICES?
We always recommend a retail price with a margin of x2.3. However, this is an advice and our customers are free to deviate from this.
DOES HOUSEVITAMIN WORK WITH EXCLUSIVITY?
No, we do not work with exclusivity. Our mission is: "To make hip living affordable and accessible to as many people as possible". Therefore we have chosen to make our products as accessible as possible.n.
For this reason, we do not engage in exclusivity.
Of course, we do keep in touch with our direct customers when the same items appear in the same shopping street or nearby in order to maintain a varied range.
WE DELIVER CHRISTMAS GIFTS, CAN WE ALSO BUY FROM YOU?
Yes, you can always purchase items from Housevitamin. However, our items have a high turnover rate. Items remain in stock for an average of +/- 3 months. If you want to be sure that the items are still in stock in November,
we advise you to contact us around August. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee stock availability.
If you already know what you need in large quantities, you can contact us early and we can arrange the import for you.
WHY BUY DIRECTLY FROM CASH & CARRY?
Our Housevitamin collection is also available in our Cash & Carry shops at the following locations: TICA Aalsmeer and Trends & Trade. Shopping at a Cash & Carry also has advantages:
- You can buy our products directly from stock and take them home.
- There is no minimum order or purchase amount, so you can take 1 piece or more with you.
- You can combine our collection with other labels.
- Inspiration everywhere
Please note that only part of our collection is available in the Cash & Carry's, not every item is sold there. Please also note that the price of our items is 10% higher and that we are not your contact for these sales. Please note that there is no direct contact with Housevitamin when purchasing from the Cash & Carry's, as they are your sellers for this occasion.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
iDeal: you can pay by using the services of IDeal. This is possible for the following banks: ABN Amro, SNS Bank, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, Regio Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers, Knab, Bunq, Moneyou en Handelsbanken.
Bank Deposit: you can choose this option if:
- You want to receive a proforma invoice
- If it is not possible to pay with iDeal through your bank
- If the shipping costs or prices are not correct
- You can choose this option, proceed and send your order to our system.

WHO CREATE AND DESIGNS THE PRODUCTS?
The collection was born out of Thomas and Mischa's passion to make hip home deco affordable and attainable for as many people as possible. They believed that home deco could be much more fun and wanted to give it some spice.
"We like to be provocative and we like to show that in our collection. With our collection, we want to show interior lovers that it is possible to create a hip and sparkling interior: mixing and matching are key words."
Mischa is always full of ideas. Every day new things emerge from her creative brain. Her ideas come from all sorts of sources, such as art, things she misses in her daily life and from family and friends.
The whole team is busy thinking up fun items, which Jessie (our product designer) then works out. Based on this principle, we work hard to create and design new products in cooperation with our suppliers.
After our ideas have come to life, our suppliers make and produce them into real articles and decorations.
WHAT IS A HOUSEVITAMIN BRANDSHOP?
Do you believe in our brand, is it selling well and do you have space in your shop? Then creating a brand store might be a good concept!
A Housevitamin Brandshop is a 'wooden house' or specific corner in a shop filled exclusively with Housevitamin items. It is a collaboration with our retail customers.
We build the house or supply presentation material and initially help with the styling. After construction and decoration, the retail customer manages the brandshop and orders new items when necessary.
In a brandshop, our articles are easier to mix and match, which often boosts sales.
